The Triumph Journey

1994 - The Foundation

Triumph Estates was established in Gurgaon with a clear vision: to redefine real estate advisory through ethical practices and seamless, quality-driven transactions.

1998 - Residential Vertical Launch

In response to the growing demand for curated housing, we introduced our Residential Advisory vertical, focusing on long-term ownership guidance.

2002 - Holistic Design Solutions

We launched our in-house design studio, expanding our expertise into architecture, interior design, and turnkey construction to provide end-to-end property solutions.

2006 - ISO Certification

Achieving ISO 9001:2000 Certification reaffirmed our commitment to global standards in quality management and client satisfaction.

2008 - Commercial Leasing Expansion

We diversified into structured commercial and residential leasing, providing strategic support for retailers, corporate entities and institutions.

2010 - Global Footprint

Triumph hosted its first international investor outreach in Singapore, bridging the gap between NRIs and structured investment opportunities in India.

2015 - NRI Portfolio Management

We established a dedicated vertical for NRI Asset Management, offering comprehensive portfolio oversight and end-to-end advisory for overseas clients.

2016 - National Infrastructure Advocacy

Partnering with the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI), our leadership contributed to national initiatives focused on Smart City development and global investment summits.

2017 - Policy & Market Education

Collaborating with PHDCCI, we led the charge in market transparency by driving awareness and education on RERA, GST and Affordable Housing schemes.

Late Shri S. C. Khanna (1951–2022)

Architect of Integrity, Visionary of Gurgaon

A man of profound ethical clarity, Shri S. C. Khanna founded Triumph Estates in 1994 with a mission to professionalize real estate through honesty and transparency. Educated at Arya Samaj Gurukul and Punjab University, his early career in nationalized banking instilled the financial prudence and institutional discipline that became his hallmark.
A pioneer who foresaw Gurgaon’s transformation from a peripheral township into a global hub, he served as a respected industry leader—notably as the longest-standing President of the Shopping Mall Condominium Association and an active advocate for NAREDCO and HRERA.
Beyond his professional success, he was a champion of community service and moral fairness. Today, his unwavering values remain the cornerstone of Triumph Estates, guiding our commitment to every client we serve.

Mrs. Nimmi Khanna

Co-Founder | Strategic Leadership & Management

Born in Amritsar, Mrs. Nimmi Khanna brings together strong academic grounding and decades of hands-on industry experience. She completed her Master’s degree from Punjab University and went on to build an accomplished career spanning over 15 years as Head of Sales in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
In 1994, she co-founded Triumph Estates alongside Late Mr. Suman Khanna, playing a foundational role in shaping the organization’s vision and long-term direction. Since inception, she has been instrumental in driving strategic decision-making, operational management, and sustainable growth.
Mrs. Khanna’s expertise lies in streamlining processes, strengthening key stakeholder relationships, and implementing growth-focused initiatives that enhance organizational performance. Known for her balanced leadership style, she combines analytical thinking with practical execution.
